My beloved mother-in-law is not doing very well at the moment. Unluckily she lives on the other side of the country and I rarely get to see her.
She’s been a part of my life for 34 years and she has always been most gracious, kind and respectful of me.
Long ago she made her peace with the living God and now we simply await His plan and timing. She may well recover for awhile more but she will not ever again be healthy. And you hate that. You want your healthy parents back, but eventually they become unhealthy and incapacitated until their life span comes to an end.
Here’s to you Mom Donna. You’ve been the world’s best mother-in-law.
